  1. I loved this episode!!! It helped me with deciding to do AHG again this year. Great podcast!!! How is everyone doing? I am good. I am going camping on friday!!!😁

    1. Rachel💜: Lake!!! Me and my family is going to a airbnb in 5 days. But it’s one for 1 ninety 😭😭😭

  2. Btw, this is Rachel. (I just liked the purple ❤ emoji and decided to use it in my name lol)

  3. I was an American Heritage Girl for several years and my favorite activity to do with my troop was to go to the local nursing home at Christmas time and sing Christmas songs. It is so cool to find out that Patti Garibay listens to my favorite audio series!

    1. Alexis: I’m supposed to start school September 8th but it will probably be moved later in the year .

      1. i used to think ballet wasn’t cool and you do little dances. Its not. its really fun and it helps u stay healthy. I hv really weak ankles but now they r so strong I am going on point soon.

        1. I have a friend who dances on point! It’s so cool! I wish I was more graceful, but my body type is more suited for like racing and stuff. But I’ve always wanted to get really flexible because it would be so neat to be able to pull off hard things like the splits and stuff like that!

      1. i did ballet since i was three and all the way to this age now and i got a costume for ballet and I can’t use it since I quit.i think i miss ballet a little.

  4. @Blog Mods/anyone else who may know 🙂
I was looking back at the 2016 podcasts and I couldn’t find all of the Wayback Wednesday podcasts. The only one I saw was the one with Sage & Erin Bolte, but I couldn’t find the one that featured Aria Curzon or the one with Natalie Babbitt. Just wondering if y’all will ever bring those back so we all can listen ’cause I love hearing the interviews with the discontinued characters! (possibly they were lost with the website update…?)
Thank you for all you do keeping the comments section safe for us to enjoy!!!

    1. Thanks for letting us know @TexasGirl! Some of the older episodes didn’t successfully migrate to the new site. We believe we’ve fixed most of the issues and you should be able to find the ones you are looking for. Have a blessed day!

    1. I am hopefully going on point this february. I also do tap contemporary and some jazz and hip hop. I skipped a level for dance this year so I am one of the younger ones now I used to be one of the oldest.

  5. cool!
…i don’t even know what AHG is cause i’m not american, could someone explain? thanks 🙂

    1. AHG is a Christian Girl Scout troop. I did it the first time they had one in my area and thought it was so cool. If you find one near you, I would so recommend it!

      1. lol, i don’t think there’s AHG in China, but thank you for explaining to me!! 🙂 sounds awesome

          1. almost 12 years 🙂

and oops! i forgot to put my username in the first comment 😛

  6. Could ya’ll incorporate the Avery Awards into the club because I haven’t seen any promotion of the awards anywhere in the club except the podcast.

  7. I finally listened to the rydell revaluation. it was pretty good. very impressed odyssey! keep up the good work!

  8. what states does everyone live in. It would b cool if there was someone from every state I am from South Carolina

    1. Alexis, I am a West Virginia girl! That would be neat if theres someone on here from every state!

    2. I’m from Arkansas. How is the summer weather for you guys? It has been in the 100’s and lots of humidity!

  9. odyssey: Ryder Revaluation is the best album yet!!! I cant wet for California Dreams, Part 2!!!!!!!!

  10. HEADS UP!
I’m leaving the Whitsend blog for the time. I’m really struggling with keeping up with writing and work and chatting on various websites and all sorts of other stuff, and I’m getting really stressed out for the first time in my life. So I’m really sorry, and I’d really like to stay, but I can’t. I might be back, but I’m taking a break. 🙂

  11. hi alexis im from georgia but was born in new jersey
i dont know if that counts
    congrats on first

  12. Album 69 is sooooo good!! I would say one of the best ever! If you have not listened to it all you need to!

  13. I didn’t know we could comment! This is awesome! I always listen to AIO while writing my books. It somehow helps me think. Thanks for providing a clean, educational, and humorous radio program!!

  14. Hi
I’m from Canada. I have a great home, I was adopted when I was little lord is so great to me.
I hope the lord is working in your hearts.

  15. hi
    my name is jessica/jess!!!
im 13 years old and live in australia!!!
    i am also homeschooled

  16. How are you doing? Is the chick doing better? 🐥 I prayed. Also, I am writing this book titled “That’s When My Life Changed” it’s going extremely well!! 📚

  17. Also, when we go on family vacation Josiah said we would listen to the episode about TrailLife and AHG on the drive there. Also, when is the next American Heritage Girls meeting? Aren’t you sad that Morgan has graduated? 🎓 Also, moderators, please reply to this, do y’all know what American Heritage Girls is? Lillian and I do it together!

  18. I like writing books with titles that make you feel compelled. I am starting on one called “Behind the Scenes” it is about a theater production, with mystery blended in. I also am thinking about writing one calles “I am His, and He is mine.” (It’s about God’s love) I am for sure writing one titled Nothing Could Be Worse, Nothing Could Be Better.”

  19. I am writing one about kids during COVID-19. It’s titled “Masks On and Hearts Ready”. It’s sequel is titled “Covid’s Still Here, But God is Still Near.” The next one is titled “There’s Only One Way,” it’s about going to heaven.

    Good titles??
What would you rank it Ina scale from 1 to 10?

      1. You’re not serious!? Do you know the name of the the author, I want to read it

  20. Lillian, where are you? Are you still talking on here or have you left?

Also, just as a heads up, I changed my username to 😻💜 Hannah U 💜😻
because I can and also there were two Hannah’s commenting on there and it was causing confusion

  21. I can’t wait to go to your house on Monday for our Memorial Day celebrations! 🇺🇸✝
Will we swim in the pool? 🏊🏾😓 🍉🍔🌭 🌭 I am so excited, I can’t wait

  22. I don’t think the moderators were moderating comments yesterday

  23. WWWWHHHHHHAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
The chicks are dying? That is so sad! I will pray for you🙏🏾🐥🐣🐤
Why are they dying? (You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to)
I will love you and cherish you always
I will keep you in my prayers 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
    Jesus loves you

  24. If I’m being obnoxious about the emojis let me know and I’ll cut it out 😂😕

P.S. I don’t live on a farm, but I know how it feels to lose animals you love 🙏🏾 🙏🏾

  25. I think I might have accidentally said “cut it off” on my last comment, I meant “cut it out” lol

  26. Lillian, could you please explain what is going on with the high school and middle school plays 🎭 !?!?! I am so confused about what you told me yesterday at church. My mom told me that she has seen nothing about it on any FEFC Facebook pages. What play are you going to do?

  27. Have you listened to the episode called “Badges of Honor”? I have we listened to it on vacation, it is funny! Olivia and Zoe are in the Explorer Program, just like you (and I used to be, but I’m not officially a Pioneer yet) also, it is cool that they’re wearing the same AHG t-shirts that I have! But I don’t have the Reach Higher one.

  28. I’ve been in AHG for the past seven years, and all I can say is that it’s the second best thing that ever happened to me.

Think about the language that’s used by characters on Adventures in Odyssey. If Whit or Connie wouldn’t say it, please don’t write it.Constructive criticism or negative comments are fine, but mean comments aren’t. Again, think about how Whit would address a problem as opposed to Rodney Rathbone.
