  27. Hi! I have been listening to AIO for years! I have several younger siblings and we have all just recently been placed in foster homes. I have 2 of my siblings with me and my other 4 siblings were placed somewhere else. My parents were divorced recently and Iā€™m not sure what to do now!!

  28. My foster parents are nice but they have biological children and Iā€™m not sure that they really wanted us. I feel so lonely and so sad. My other siblings are allowed to contact me and my other sibling with me doesnā€™t understand either!

    Iā€™m not sure that I want to follow God if it just means more heartbreak! What do I do?

      1. “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:31-39
        If you trust in Christ, you will be comforted and be alright.

    2. Stay strong. My favorite verse is Romans 8:28. That verse has helped me a lot. I have never been in your situation, but I do KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that GOD IS GOOD. Also, whenever you feel like you need attention and love, Turn to Jesus. I know you have heard this before but, please pray. Even if nobody else around sees you, he knows TBC

    3. You may feel like nobody loves you, but HE DOES! REALLY! HE DOES! He sees you, and cares for you and wants what’s best for you! (BTW PLEASE listen to “As Buck Would Have it!”) Blessings and Many prayers,

Awww I’m so sorry ur in this predicamentšŸ˜­…my suggestion would be to stay in touch with ur siblings,(u said u r so that’s good) pray about what to do and for understanding, read ur bible,…and remember that there is always someone who cares about u and is there for u and will NEVER leave u…God loves u so much!!!ā¤ļø And he’s taking care of u even tho it might not feel like itā¤ļø…Praying for u!!!šŸ™šŸ’œ

    5. First of all, I’m praying for you. I know this has to be really hard. Because of my dad’s job, I have to move very often. Sometimes it’s only a year in one place. Sometimes it’s longer though. And it’s really hard to make friends (and keep them). Anyway, I get the lonely and and sad part. I’ve wondered myself if it’s worth following God,

    7. Because it is hard. But, here’s the thing. People will let you down. People will break your trust. People will reject you. But God will always ALWAYS be there for you. He is such a comfort to me in hard times, and I know he will be just as much as a comfort to you, if youve excepted him into your heart and life.

    8. All you need to do is ask him into your heart, (if you haven’t already) and then when you’re feeling sad, just go to him, and tell him everything. It’s always a comfort to me, and I’m sure it will be for you too. One of my favorite verses is Matthew 11:28 – 30. It says,

    9. Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

      I am only a human (and just a kid too) and I don’t have all the answers. But God does!

    10. He loves you so much! You know what he did. He died for you. You can’t discard that kind of love! You won’t find that exceptance in anyone else. Only Jesus can truly comfort you. Only he can really always be there for you.
      God gave us feeling, but he didn’t give us feeling to control us, or run us. He gave as them as a gift.

    11. Here’s the thing, feeling aren’t always accurate! If you go off feelings life will be a mess. Because feelings aren’t sovereign. They aren’t loving. They don’t have a plan for you/your life. Only God does. If you let your feelings guide you, your life may be easier in some ways but you won’t have joy. Without the Jesus your life will be empty.

    12. I’m a human. I don’t have any answers for you, but God does. He has answers and a plan. And once again, he loves you. Please, please, please, don’t leave him! Your life will be awful without him! Please, let him rule your heart and life, and then, no matter your circumstance, you will always have true joy, deep down, along with a purpose.

It’s so awful when you do. Believe me I know. When you turn from God and live for yourself, you will cease to feel a purpose in life, and you’ll be so miserable. Praying!

    14. Hi there. I’m very sorry to hear about what you are going through. My own mother was in foster care twice as a child. She had a very, very difficult childhood altogether. But now, she is able to look back and see God’s hand, she is also able to comfort others in the same situation with the comfort she was given. Check out 2 Corinthians 1:4.

    15. Also remember, Jesus was left alone by everyone (including people who had said they loved him), he was rejected by people, he was separated from the ones he loved as well. He has endured your same afflictions, take it to Him.

    16. Sin brings hurt into our world, Jesus came to experience our pain and relate to us, so He can comfort us with complete understanding of how it feels. Look at Hebrews 4:15-16.
      He can give you joy and peace through this sad time, give it all over to Him. I will be praying for and checking on you. And for what it’s worth, i do care about you as well.

Hey so I’m a random person and I haven’t been in a situation like that ever, but like everyone, I’ve delt with pain.Honestly, God sees you and loves you no matter where you are.The worst thing you can do right now is push Him away and the best thing is grow closer to Him.This is part of what faith is for.     22. Also if you get encouragement from music, i know this sounds corny, but there’s a song called Joy in the Morning by Tauren Wells telling you to not give up Faith, you could listen to it maybe and God might help you cope through it.

Even though it may get rough at times just lean on Him he will take care of you! Also a really good book for learning about trusting God in the hard times is The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom . NEVER ALONE!!!

    Her grandma died a few hours ago, and they were planing to go to Mexico (where their grandma lived) that summer, and she has only one grandparent left now and is taking it hard.
