A graduate of Full Sail Real World Education, Glenn has had a varied career in audio production. He was on staff with Integrity Music for three years, and then worked a freelancer in the Nashville area with Word Music, Mercury Records and other independent artists and labels. He joined the staff of Young Life in 1997 after volunteering for 9 years, and then began with Focus on the Family in 1999. He and his wife Allison enjoy hiking, backpacking and watching movies.
